Measurements were transferred once from the "Conversion WF" tab of the traffic count sheet and checked against the original hourly counts of every shop. New measurements are added on this page. Shop names are the official names from the CRM.
Only full measurement days are used. Partial days (counting started late or stopped early) are left out. The Dates column shows only the days that were used.
All numbers are per day. When two people counted the same day, their counts are averaged first, then the days are averaged.
Foreigners are tourists. Others are Asian and other non-tourist passers-by. All traffic = foreigners + others. Inside per day is the number of people who entered the shop.
The camera side counts in full, the opposite side at 50% by default. The weight can be changed for one shop (click its Conv. base) or for all shops (Conversion settings).
Conversion = inside per day ÷ conversion base. The base uses foreigners only.
Purchase conversion = Power BI receipts per day ÷ people who came into the shop per day (our own count, the Inside column). It does not use the Power BI Traffic column. Example: 4 receipts ÷ 16 people inside = 25%. Above 100% (more receipts than people counted inside) is highlighted: usually the inside count was too low.
Receipts, Avg receipt and Traffic are read live from Power BI for the same days as the measurement and shown per day; days without sales are left out of Receipts and Avg receipt, and the average receipt is the average of the daily averages. Traffic is Power BI's own figure for the shop: it is shown for comparison only and no conversion on this page uses it.
Our inside count per day compared with Power BI's Traffic for the same days: (inside − PBI traffic) ÷ PBI traffic. Example: 16 people inside vs 31 PBI traffic = −48%. Green within ±15%, amber up to ±30%, red beyond that. The region row shows the median over each shop's latest measurement.
Where the sheet was incomplete, values were taken from the original counts or their screenshots. Known problems with a row are listed in the Issues column.
