WeedeN CRM — guide for scouts
Everything you do in the field: sign in, install the app on your phone, add a location, put it on the map, take photos, write to your manager and close the tasks they give you. Ten minutes to read once, and you will not need it again.
⬇ Download this guide as a PDF — English · ไทย — to send to a new scout before their first sign-in
1 · Sign in
The CRM opens in the browser. There is nothing to download from an app store.
Open the link and sign in with Google
- Open weeden-crm-map-4kd.pages.dev/crm/ in Safari (iPhone) or Chrome (Android).
- Tap Sign in with Google.
- Choose the Google account your manager invited — the same address they asked you for.
2 · Install the app on your phone
Do this once. Afterwards the CRM opens from your home screen like any other app — full screen, no browser bars, and notifications work.
iPhone (Safari)
- Open the CRM in Safari. Chrome on iPhone cannot install it.
- Tap the Share button (the square with an arrow, at the bottom).
- Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.
- Tap Add. The icon appears on your home screen.
Android (Chrome)
- Open the CRM in Chrome.
- Tap the blue Install button in the card at the top of the page — or the ⋮ menu → Install app.
- Confirm. The icon appears on your home screen.
3 · Turn on notifications
This is how you learn that a manager wrote to you or gave you a task while you were out — the phone buzzes even when the app is closed.
- Open the CRM from the home-screen icon, not from the browser. On iPhone notifications only work in the installed app.
- Tap 🔔 Notifications in the top-right corner of your leads list. A panel opens.
- In that panel, tap Enable on the line Turn on notifications for this device.
- Allow notifications when the phone asks.
- The line then reads 🔔 Notifications are on for this device. Do this on every phone you use.
Tapping a notification opens the exact lead it is about — and that is what marks it read. One you never opened stays bold, however many others you have been through, so the panel is a list of what you still owe an answer to. Mark all read at the top clears the lot at once, when you mean to. The panel keeps the last 30 days.
4 · Your leads
The first screen shows your locations, grouped by stage. You see your own work and nobody else’s.
- Columns are the stages a location goes through. Yours start at New location and run to Unsuccessful deal at the far end. Swipe sideways to see them all.
- Search name / region finds a lead by its name or its region — faster than scrolling.
- Kanban / List switches the view. List is easier to read on a small screen.
- Every card carries its region in the region’s own colour and the date the location was created. In List, tap a column heading to sort — by name, by stage, by region, by price, by owner or by the date it was created.
- Tap any card to open the lead.
5 · Add a location
The main thing you do in the field. Tap + New lead above your leads.
Fill in what the place is
- Region and Subregion — choose from the lists.
- Street / place and Business — type them in English. Business may stay empty (a bare plot has none), but then Street / place has to say where it is — a region and a subregion alone are not a location.
- Name is written for you from those four and cannot be typed by hand here. To change it while you are filling the form, change the Street or the Business. Once the location exists, you can change its name from the card — section 6.
Put it on the map — this is required
A location without a point on the map is of no use to anybody: it never appears on the company map and nobody can find it again.
- 📍 My location — you are standing there. The most accurate way.
- Tap the map or drag the pin — when you are looking at the place from across the street.
- Paste a Google Maps link and tap Use link — when somebody sent you one.
6 · The lead card
Everything about one location lives here: the numbers, the map, the photos, the conversation and the tasks.
The top of the card
The name first. Under it, in a fixed order: the current stage as a coloured pill, the region in the same colour the board paints on the card, the total price, and who owns the lead.
Two small square buttons sit with them and open the place on a map: 📍 the exact pin we hold for this location, and G the business on Google Maps. Use 📍 to walk back to the place. G appears only when the lead has a Google Maps link saved on it.
Changing the name
Tap the name — or the region beside it — and a panel opens. The name is built from the same four things you filled in when you created the location.
- Region and Subregion are lists. Pick from them; you cannot type your own.
- Street and Business you type yourself, in English.
- New name shows what the name will become, Current what it is now. Read those two lines, then tap Save. Cancel leaves everything as it was.
Tags
Tags are one-word answers to what kind of place is this — Agent, Competitor, Office. They sit in a row under the name.
- Tap + tag. A list of the tags the company uses opens — pick one.
- Tap × on a tag to take it off again.
One tag has no ×: AmoCRM. It records that the location came over from the old system. That is a fact about where the lead is from, so nobody puts it on or takes it off.
Fields — the numbers about the place
- Tap a value to edit it. Tap ✓ or tap away to save.
- A short ✓ saved appears on the row. If it does not, the value did not save — check your connection and try again.
- Group headings (General, Commercial terms, …) fold away. Your choice is remembered on your phone.
Some fields are read-only for scouts — your manager decides which. If a value will not open for editing, that is why.
Location — fixing the pin later
If the pin turned out to be in the wrong place, open Location, tap Edit, move the pin (or use 📍 My location while standing there) and save. The company map follows.
Moving the pin is recorded the same way a field is — the point it was at, and the point it is at now. So if it ever moves by accident, nothing is hidden: put it back and that is recorded too.
7 · Photos and files
Photos are what the office sees instead of standing next to you. Take more than you think is needed: the front, the street both ways, the inside, the ceiling height, the neighbours.
- 📷 Take photo — opens the camera.
- 🖼 Choose from gallery — photos or videos you already have.
- 📎 Attach document — a PDF, a Word or Excel file, a floor plan.
Pick as many as you like — there is no limit on how many. Two upload at a time and the rest wait their turn, each with its own progress, so a file sitting at 0% is queued, not stuck. Tap a photo to open it full screen; swipe for the next one.
What fits
| Photos | JPG, PNG, HEIC, HEIF, WebP, DNG, TIFF | 50 MB each |
|---|---|---|
| Video | MP4, MOV | 300 MB each |
| Documents | PDF, Excel (XLSX, CSV), Word (DOCX) | 50 MB each |
A photo from a phone is 3–5 MB, so you will never reach 50 MB with pictures. Video is the one to watch: a couple of minutes at full quality can pass 300 MB. Film short clips.
8 · Messages and notes
The conversation about a location lives in the location, not in a chat app. Everyone who works this lead reads the same history, today and in a year.
💬 Message
Addressed to one person. Choose them in To. Their phone buzzes and the notification opens this lead. Use it when you need an answer.
📝 Note
For the record — no recipient, no notification. Use it for what you saw, what the landlord said, what you agreed.
📎 Attach file adds photos or documents to the message itself. A message can be a photo with no text. Same types and sizes as in section 7.
Two shorter ways to the same thing:
- Paste a picture. Take a screenshot — of a map, of a chat with the landlord, of a price list — then copy it and paste it into the message box, the same way you paste text. It goes on the message as a file. If what you copied is text, you get text: nothing is attached.
- Drag a file. On a computer, drag a file onto the card and drop it. The card darkens and says where to drop. There is nothing to drag on a phone — paste, or use 📎 Attach file.
9 · Tasks
Managers give tasks; you do them and close them. A task always belongs to a lead, so you can see what it is about.
- A new task arrives as a notification. The Tasks block at the top of the card shows how many are open.
- Tap it to open the list, then tap a task to see its details and the discussion.
- A task can carry photos or documents, the same as a message. They sit under the words of the task — tap one to open it full screen.
- When it is done, tap ✓ Complete… and write what you did — a couple of words is enough, but it cannot be empty. That sentence is what the manager reads instead of asking you.
- Need to say something without closing the task? Write a comment in the same place.
- A manager can also close a task themselves — if one leaves your list without you touching it, a notification tells you so.
10 · When something goes wrong
“Access denied” when signing in. You used the wrong Google account. Sign out and use the invited one.
The Create lead button stays grey. Two things can cause it. Either the pin is missing — set it with 📍 My location, by tapping the map, or by pasting a Google Maps link. Or the name is still only the region and the subregion — fill in Street / place or Business.
A photo will not finish uploading. You are on a weak network. Stay on the card; it resumes by itself. If it fails, the photo can be added again — nothing else is lost.
No notifications. Open the app from the home-screen icon (not the browser), tap 🔔 Notifications, tap Enable in the panel that opens, and allow them when the phone asks. The bell alone only opens the panel — the phone asks nothing until you tap Enable. On iPhone this only works in the installed app.
A value will not open for editing. That field is read-only for scouts. Write what it should be as a message and the manager will set it.
The screen turned Thai by itself. The browser translated the page. Switch it back — Chrome ⋮ → Translate → Show original — because a translated screen also renames your locations, and then the name you see is not the name your manager sees. To read the guide in Thai, use the Thai guide, not a translated app.
Something else. Write a message in the lead and say what you expected to happen — your manager sees it with the lead in front of them.
