Regions
Regions scope Scout / Lead scout / Regional manager. Head, Supervisor and
Freelancer are global. Scout sees only requests assigned to them.
Members also need the Warehouse module. Administrators still need an explicit warehouse role.
These permissions apply when entering the warehouse through the portal.
Grants ability to manage this module for other users without being a full admin.
Warehouse delegates can manage only existing active employees' warehouse access, role and region;
they cannot invite users or change their own access, portal administrators, or other permissions.
Other delegable modules also allow invitations.
Currently delegable: maintenance, construction, project_management, contractors, legal, projects, tasks, hr, it_sandbox, warehouse.
Other modules require firestore.rules update.
